06/14/2018, Philadelphia, Milliwave Silicon Solutions and Centre for Intelligent Antenna and Radio Systems (CIARS) at University of Waterloo have entered into a strategic partnership around the MilliBox product line development.
MilliBox is the first affordable, innovative and modular OTA mmWave radiation pattern chamber. Chinh Doan, founder, and CEO of Milliwave Silicon Solutions, stated, “We are pleased to work with CIARS at the University of Waterloo, who has developed state-of-the-art mmWave antenna technologies and test capabilities. Their independent performance measurement of MilliBox will provide a valuable assessment to the fast expanding 18GHz to 95GHz spectrum marketplace.” Mohammad-Reza Nezhad-Ahmadi, Research Prof. at CIARS, UWaterloo, added, “We have been in contact with Milliwave Silicon Solutions since the early days of MilliBox.
